Any given Tuesday
I'm feeling Day-In-The-Life-y again. Anyone want to join me to record the minute details of your day Tuesday, August 7? (If you don't know what I'm talking about, see my entries from March, April, August, September, October, November, December last year.) If you want to do this but don't have a blog, you could email me your day's doings and I'll post it.
Potty trainwreck
HPR tells about it here. I don't think I'll say much more about it here, but we are sticking with it the program for now and making some headway.
Briefly, to my daughter:
Whatever you're doing to my lower pelvis has got to stop. If that's your fist, move it NOW, or you'll hear a lot of words filtering through the uterine wall that your mama doesn't normally utter.

I am so with you on the note to Polly. I had the same thoughts with Lucy. I have no idea what she was doing in there, but it was weirding me right out. So glad that is over.
Also, I'm up for a DITL. I don't think I can sustain several months worth of them, but I have also been feeling like I wanted to do another post like that.
So glad you're back and posting again. :)

There is some serious sacral head-butting happening around here, and I am not for it. Then again, I am thrilled that the Miniwatt has decided to turn head-down.
One more week till full term...

Son T. was breech for the last month, propped in a V, gigantic head up under my left ribs, butt down, feet back up under the right ribs. We even had an inversion done (turning him from the outside) and within 24 hours he went back to lounging in the momma-hammock. I've never been the same since.
