Our house is on the market now. It was quite the push to get it there. It's still not perfect, but it's presentable. We looked for houses in the new place and HPR is going again tomorrow to see some more. Whirlwind!

It gets better the closer to DC you get. Somehow I doubt that will only be the tip of the iceberg on differences.

I went to college in Frederick. It is a beautiful town full of history. The college was known to bring students whose parents were diplomats or in foreign service, so in my estimation the pie chart for that city os a little skewed. There was plenty of diversity in amd around the campus!

Congrats to you guys! My hubby grew up outside of DC in a very diverse community; I think you'll be exposed to lots of good things! Another adventure for the kids and y'all.
